Work
WHAT I DO.
As a self-employed and independent communications expert, I use my feelings, talent, and skills as a Consultant, Coach, Facilitator, Mediator and Trainer.
Services
My services move in and beyond the intersections of intrapersonal communication, interpersonal communication, public relations and marketing communication.
Consulting
Change, co-creation, conflict, crisis, culture, differentiation, image, leadership, mission and mission statement, personal development and growth, positioning, starting up, succession planning, team- and community development, vision, being heard and seen, gaining favour, asserting oneself, creating and maintaining trust, entering relationships and staying. I advise on interpersonal and intrapersonal communication, public relations, and marketing/communication.
Coaching
I offer security, time, space, place, mindfulness, and support discreetly and with excellent availability in challenging situations. Listening, questioning, confronting, observing, reflecting, reinterpreting, mirroring and empowerment. I contribute my experience, my competence, and my intuition. As an ophthalmologist, against occupational blindness. As a demolition expert for deadlocked, rigid structures. Like a court jester with all liberties.
Education & Training
Perceiving, thinking, feeling, behaviour: I design, organize and conduct behaviour-oriented training courses that can be experienced and experienced emotionally, form and develop people, teams, groups, and organizations and support them in finding and maintaining their inner order.
Expertise
I analyse, weigh, evaluate and offer my clients’ expertise in assessing and developing interpersonal and intrapersonal communication, public relations and marketing/communications.
Facilitation & Moderation
I facilitate and moderate events and processes for 2 to 20,000 people. Open and authentic, positive and motivating, I moderate and steer, set and break the mould, improvise, know the value of the unspoken, and observe and use psychology and feelings.
Mediation
Arguments, conflicts, misunderstandings, differences: I am your bridge builder between different worlds and perspectives. As a mediator, I create a field of trust and openness through active listening, empathy, neutrality, and discretion. With respect, recognition, and tact, I support people in finding solutions and returning together.

Motivation
WHY I DO IT.
I observe and experience that people, teams, organizations, and communities increase their creative freedom and satisfaction through intentional, open, focused and systematic communication. The result of their cooperation is more satisfying.
Maps
HOW I DO IT.
Maps are not the terrain, yet they serve to approach, explore, provide an overview, narrow down, and determine.
Lovingly and respectfully, I challenge my clients to think, reconsider, counter-think and act.
I support and accompany you in forming your opinion, making decisions, and driving you in the desired and/or necessary developments. On a relationship and factual level, verbally and non-verbally, for yourself, your team and your organization. Emotional learning through reflection, stimulation, feedback, new questions, perspectives, resistance, understanding, and empowerment.
Guiding principles
...that I aim for, long for and stretch, then delight in again, or raise myself up and sometimes even embarrass before. Then I set about doing it all over again.
The small in the big and the big in the small
Live uniqueness
Resistance with passion and love
Radically reduce and simplify
Words carry weight and illustrate feelings and thoughts
With the power of (inner) thoughts and images
Inside out and outside in
Complexity and breaks create identification
To the best of our knowledge and belief and in the interests of my clients
Emotion, perception, interpretation, feeling, and behaviour
